The DIY Consulting packages do not include the purchase of any tools or materials. The Essentials and The Achievers packages do not include any labor or work completed by Orvin Miller Concrete, LLC, only verbal guidance and direction. The fees for all of the DIY Consulting packages is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your project.
